Matt & Joe met a team from CrossFit Wrexham (very early in the morning!) for a dark ascent of Yr Wyddfa. They were met with a spectacular sunrise, while enjoying local coffee and pastries from Llanberis

An epic week long trip in the Dolomites, the group met in Venice and transferred to the Hotel Argentina in Cortina. The team had a number of day trips on the hills, followed by theory and indoor practical sessions prior to getting stuck into the Via Ferrata themselves. Joe managed to sneak in a couple of mobility and stretching sessions to help everyone keep flexible too. There was even time for a couple of socials and a day trip into Venice!

A fantastic weekend with the team, based in Blencathra, in the northern lakes. The group summited Helvellyn via Striding Edge on the Saturday, followed by some well earned pizza from the Ooni. Basic navigation training & weather awareness was addressed on the Sunday during the hike near Skiddaw.

We ran our inaugural SUP fundamentals course in a sunny Brecon, focussing on getting the team standing (or at least kneeling!), paddling skills, kit awareness & what to do if you or your partner got into any difficulties. After a night's camping, the skills were built upon on the Sunday morning before a well earned lunch!

Matt ran a bespoke hike up Pen Y Fan for an Engineering firm's team away day. This allowed the team the chance to get to know each other better, outside of the work environment. Fortunately, the weather was brilliant and it was a genuinely great way for everyone to spend the day (& some money was raised for charity too!)

Joe and Coggers lead the team around the Kinder Scout circular walk. 

A weekend that started with wild camping at the foot of Snowdon. We climbed the peak on the Saturday (with hundreds of others on a bank holiday weekend). Following a team social, we climbed Tryfan on the Sunday morning, with a few willing participants making the infamous leap between the Adam & Eve stones!

Our first venture to Italy! We had 3 days of the most amazing hiking, summiting some incredible peaks and checking out the mountain huts along the way. This was followed by two days on the Via Ferreta itself. Amazing memories for all involved and a real fan favourite!
